KIDS ACTIVITIES  

Each year we help thousands of cancer patients and their families live life to its fullest.

Victory in the Valley (VV) is happy to work in partnership with Dr. Rosen to provide support and encouragement for kid with cancer and their families.  We provide QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES for kids with cancer, their siblings and parents. 

Our 7^th Friend Volunteers especially enjoy taking refreshments to share with families as they wait for appointments at Dr. Rosen’s office.  VV Canine Friend Volunteers also take their pet therapy dogs to visit with the children, teens and their families.  The kids are thrilled to pet and love their new Canine Friends and the feeling is mutual!  In addition, Victory in the Valley feels privileged to help co-sponsor fun activities for children and teens living with cancer.  2006 events included a party at Prairie Pines, a picnic at College Hill Park, and a Christmas party held at Victory House.  VV Kid’s Buddy Volunteers are always excited about helping with parties and special activities planned for kids diagnosed with cancer.
