3rd Annual CAMP VICTORY KIDS AND FAMILY WEEKEND FUN! FUN! FUN!
VIEW 2008 Kids & Family Photos The 3rd Annual Kids & Family Weekend was held July 18-20, 2008 at Crosswind Conference Center in Hesston, Kansas. This year, 70 participants registered to enjoy a fun-filled weekend which was held for all kids ages 3-17 who have been diagnosed with cancer, their siblings, and parents. The kids enjoyed water volleyball, games, crafts, horses and a fun carnival while their parents received chair massages, walks, relaxation and an informative session led by Dr. Kathy Melhorn whose family also walked the cancer journey with her son. Parents also joined their children and teens in swimming and a shaving cream fight. This year's theme was "SIESTA...FIESTA."
